Renovations
Our years of experience have allowed us the opportunity to work on structures built over 100 years ago to structures built within the last 10 years. We like to get involved with a renovation in the initial stages of design to evaluate the project structure and determine the best path forward. We work with the architects, engineers and designers to develop the most cost-efficient method to complete your renovation.Â

Being a NC coastal contractor through the hurricanes of Bertha, Fran, Floyd, Bonnie, Isabel, Irene, Matthew, Florence and many others we have gained knowledge about repair, retrofit and new construction techniques to provide you with a resource to assist with navigating insurance claims and local building inspection departments.

We employ a team of skilled carpenters for our projects as well as for hire to homeowners and other builders. Our team is experienced in framing, siding, exterior trim, interior trim, ipe decks, handrails and exterior finishes. We are experienced in coastal construction with a focus on preventing wind driven rain from entering your home.
